ALTERA group, French consulting firm, asked My French Communication Agency to organise their yearly kick-off internal event, for 40 employees and close partners. They all met in Prague early January, for a sunny yet freezing 3 day event (-14°C one morning). We selected a modern hotel with a design « New York Loft feel », where the work sessions took place. The programme included several traditional and local meals, and a fun event called « Prague Express », which enabled participants to discover the city through a walking rallye including challenges such as: graphity on he John Lennon Wall, dancing polka on the Charles bridge. The group also enjoyed traditional activities such as a boat dinner cruise on the Vltava, or transfer in an ancient tram dating back to the communist era.
