My French Communication Agency assited the Roquette Group (world leader in the agribusiness sector) in organizing the launch of the new strategic organization worldwide. This event took place identically in the four major regions covered by Roquette: in India, China, the USA and France, bringing together a total of 800 participants, executives from the sales and innovation sector.

Upstream, the agency was asked to set up a common structure for these 4 events, to define the content and to produce a general guideline that would allow each entity to deploy the event with regional particularities. An anglophone project manager intervened to accompany the client at all stages of the process.

During the European event, which took place in the Lille area (North of France), we coordinated the technical teams, the catering teams, and developed the thread of the various workshop and team-building. We also took part in the evening entertainment featuring fun activities such as a photo contest on IPad or a Blind Test that greatly contributed to the atmosphere of the evening.

In a record time, our bilingual teams were able to set up a strategic internal seminar for Roquette and its teams abroad. A first fruitful collaboration for My French Communication Agency and Roquette.
