Client: Vinci Energies

After the acquisition of one of the entities of French Vinci Energies by a German group, the management wanted to accompany the German and French employees in their mutual understanding. A 2-day seminar was organised, supervised by a coach who has led teams to better understand their cultural differences, the working methods of the employees from another country and thus to facilitate their future collaboration. The goal of My French Communication Agency was to make them realize that their cultural differences were not a drawback, but indeed a competitive advantage.
